Our Clinical Education Management team is built around a therapist-supporting-therapist model. Through mentorship, collaboration, and ongoing clinical guidance, our experienced team helps therapists strengthen their skills, grow professionally, and feel supported throughout their careers.
Rhonda White
Rhonda White, PT, MSPT : CLINICAL EDUCATION DIRECTOR

Rhonda White is a licensed Physical Therapist with 30+ years of experience in pediatric physical therapy, school-based services, and clinical leadership. She is passionate about mentoring clinicians, supporting evidence-based practices, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve student outcomes. At Select Savvy, Rhonda provides clinical guidance and mentorship to help clinicians deliver exceptional care with confidence and compassion.

Moniet Holloway, EdD, LSW : CLINICAL MANAGER
Dr. Moniet Holloway is a School Social Worker with several years in social work and mental healthcare. She holds a Doctorate in Education, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. At Select Savvy, she provides trauma-informed therapy to K–12 students, mentors clinicians, and supports staff through evidence-based practices to enhance service delivery and client care. She is thrilled to be the newest member of the clinical education department, mentoring and supporting Team Savvy clinicians and certified staff!
Destini Dawson M.S., CCC- SLP : CLINICAL MANAGER

Destini is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist with several years of experience working with diverse populations across a variety of settings. Destini brings a grounded, people-first approach to leadership and is passionate about creating spaces where clinicians feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Noell
Noelle Warren, MOT, OTR/L : CLINICAL EDUCATION MANAGER
Noelle is a seasoned Occupational Therapist and brings a genuine passion for being of service to others. She values a holistic approach that supports the body, the mind, and the spirit while helping people engage in the everyday activities that matter most to them. Her practice is rooted in true occupational therapy, focusing on building confidence and independence through meaningful routines and life skills. She has experience across many settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, home health, schools, outpatient clinics, pediatrics, and hospital based care.
